Age 44. The patient had her original breast augmentation at age 34, using 475cc silicone implants, now wishing to have them removed. Implant removal involved removal of a ruptured implant on the right and an intact implant on the left, with a simultaneous capsule removal and a breast lift. 6 weeks postop.
