Age 30. The patient had her original breast augmentation at age 21, followed by 3 revisions between 2012 and 2019, leading to her wish to have the implants removed. Removed Allergan silicone high-profile 485cc implants, with a simultaneous capsule removal and a breast lift. 3 months postop.
