BRAZILIAN BUTT LIFT

Dramatic results that look and feel natural.

Even after spending hours at the gym every day doing squats, achieving a shapely, full behind can seem nearly impossible. Often, the models, actresses and singers we idolize for their shape have benefitted from the volume enhancement and sculpting power of Brazilian Butt Lift surgery.

The popularity of this procedure is growing every year, and for good reason, because the results both look and feel natural while offering minor to dramatic improvements in the shape of your derriere.

WHAT IS A BRAZILIAN BUTT LIFT?

A Brazilian Butt Lift is a buttock enhancement procedure that uses your own natural fat harvested from problem areas to add shape, volume and lift to your derriere. By using your own fat from elsewhere on your body, the results both look and feel natural, improving volume and shape in the buttocks while reducing stubborn fat deposits in the areas we often want to slim and tone, such as the abdomen, thighs, hips or lower back.

Not only does this give your entire body a more sculpted look, but it also provides a visually appealing framework for your new, fuller buttocks. Unlike other surgical options, Brazilian Butt Lifts are also minimally invasive, requiring only a few tiny, inconspicuous incisions to allow room for the specialized device to access the fat.

To achieve these amazing results, your surgeon will make tiny, inconspicuous incisions in the pre-selected area from which the fat is to be harvested, often the abdomen, thighs, hips or lower back. This helps to further improve your result by providing a visually appealing framework for your new derriere. Once the incisions have been placed, your surgeon will use a specialized tool called a cannula to remove the fat using liposuction techniques to remove fat and sculpt the area.

After enough fat has been removed, it will undergo a special purification process to cleanse the fat and prepare it for reinjection. Your surgeon will then inject the purified fat into the soft tissues within your buttocks in a specialized pattern designed to provide the desired shape and volume.

After your procedure, you will notice an immediate improvement in the fullness of your buttocks. As an added benefit, most patients report very little, if any, discomfort at the injection site. However, you may experience some soreness and swelling in the areas where the fat was harvested. For about a week or two after surgery, you will be required to wear a special compression garment to promote healing and ensure long-lasting results.

While we recommend sitting on a pillow or “doughnut” for a few weeks after surgery to avoid pressure or discomfort, you should be able to return to normal activity within a few days and can safely return to work within the first two weeks.

AM I A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR BRAZILIAN BUTT LIFT SURGERY?

Many individuals have a desire to add volume and a more shapely contour to their buttocks, and even more, wouldn’t mind shedding a small amount of fat from a troublesome spot at the same time! Brazilian Butt Lift Surgery is a great option for those patients who desire a more full, hourglass figure.

However, not everyone is a good candidate for this procedure. Because Brazilian Butt Lifts require the use of fat from elsewhere on the body, it is only recommended for those individuals that have an area on your body with enough fat to be harvested for the procedure, especially because the process of purifying the fat before injection requires that more fat be removed than will ultimately be reinjected via the buttocks. As such, particularly slim patients with very little body fat may not be eligible for this procedure.
